If the seal of the rack cylinder is abnormal wear, you can check whether the speed control valve is improperly adjusted, resulting in too high back pressure and improper installation of the seal or hydraulic oil contamination. The second is whether there is a foreign body entering the assembly and the quality of the sealing material is not good. The result is that the action is slow and weak, and in serious cases, it will cause damage to the piston and rack cylinder, and the phenomenon of "pulling the rack cylinder" appears. The treatment method is to adjust the speed control valve, and the necessary operation and improvement should be done according to the installation instructions.
The scar on the sliding surface of the rack cylinder piston will transfer with use. Before the piston is installed, there are scars on its sliding surface, which are installed intact and untreated, and these scars will in turn scratch the inner surface of the rack cylinder wall. Therefore, before installation, these scars must be fully repaired.
Why can't the hydraulic cylinder be pulled back after pushing to the limit?

Why are the hydraulic cylinders out of sync? The reasons for the unsynchronous operation are as follows: 1, the deviation of the external load of the two cylinders, such as the different resistance and friction of the two cylinders will lead to imbalance. The displacement of the cylinder with low resistance will be larger. 2, the difference in internal friction, such as the difference between the piston and the cylinder of each cylinder, the friction between the piston rod and the seal causes the cylinder to be out of sync. 3. The different resistance of hydraulic oil along the pipeline of the two cylinders causes the cylinder to be out of sync. 4, the deviation of the control original adjustment causes the deviation of the flow to be out of sync, such as the use of an independent throttle valve for each cylinder will appear the difference in the flow of oil in and out of the oil affecting the synchronization of the two cylinders. 5. The cylinder support point of the supported part is initially different.
