Repair method of small range wear of oil reset cylinder: 1. The scratched part is treated with an Angle grinder, the grinding depth is more than 1 mm, and the groove is polished along the guide rail, preferably a dovetail groove. Scratch both ends of the drilling deeper, change the force situation; 3. Clean the surface with absorbent cotton dipped in acetone or anhydrous ethanol.
The reset cylinder should be used correctly and maintained regularly. The reset cylinder should be deflated before use, the buffer regulating valve should be adjusted to a reasonable position, the cleanliness of the oil should be checked regularly, the dust on the reset cylinder should be cleaned regularly, and attention should be paid to waterproof and fireproof.
Is a hydraulic cylinder and a jack the same thing?
Strictly speaking, no. Although the hydraulic principle is used, and even some of the longer jacks are similar to the cylinder, the internal structure of the two is different. There is a check valve inside the jack. After the top lift, the check valve locks the hydraulic oil circuit, and the hydraulic oil only enters and does not exit after the check valve locks, and can be lowered to complete a reciprocating movement. The cylinder is usually connected to the distribution tube to control the movement, and works with a wide variety of distribution valves and distribution systems according to different needs. The jack only needs a simple check valve.
Two cylinders have a reversing control, if the load of the two cylinders is not the same, how to ensure their synchronization?
The piston rod of the cylinder is required to extend synchronization: install A shunt collector valve or synchronous motor at port A of the direction control valve, and then connect the two outlets of the shunt collector valve to the rod-free cavity of the two cylinders respectively. It is required that the outlet of the diverter collector valve is connected to the rod cavity of the two cylinders respectively when the piston rod is withdrawn in synchronization. The synchronization performance depends on the quality of the diverter valve and the leakage of the hydraulic system.
