In order to facilitate the removal of air deposited in the tension cylinder, the oil is best entered and discharged from the highest point of the tension cylinder. tension cylinders that require higher motion stability are often equipped with exhaust plugs at both ends. Before working, unscrew the exhaust plug to make the piston go back and forth several times without load in the whole stroke, and the air can be discharged through the exhaust plug. After the air is drained, tighten the exhaust plug before working.
When the tension cylinder needs to be stored for a period of time, please follow the recommended methods: The tension cylinder should be stored in a dry, clean, non-corrosive gas indoor environment, pay attention to protect the tension cylinder from internal corrosion and external damage. If the indoor requirements cannot be met, the hardened and well-drained ground should be cushioned at least 30cm, and the upper part should be covered with waterproof storage. The oil tension cylinder should not be in direct contact with water vapor for a long time. The tension cylinder should be placed as vertically as possible with the piston rod facing up, which minimizes corrosion due to possible condensation in the tension cylinder and permanent deformation of the seal due to the piston and rod weight. If the tension cylinder slips or crawls, please check whether there is astringency inside the tension cylinder, because the internal parts of the tension cylinder are improperly assembled, the parts are deformed, worn or the shape and position tolerance is excessive, the action resistance is too large, so that the piston speed of the tension cylinder changes with the different stroke position, and the slip or crawl occurs. Most of the reasons are due to poor assembly quality of parts, surface scars or sintered iron filings, so that the resistance increases, the speed decreases. For example, the piston is different from the piston rod or the piston rod is bent, the tension cylinder or the piston rod is offset from the mounting position of the guide rail, and the sealing ring is too tight or too loose. The solution is to repair or adjust, replace damaged parts and remove iron filings.
How to calculate the speed of cylinder weight decline?
